After returning from my States trip to hang with family and tour around back in October, i now drink only once a week. Usually on Friday or Saturday and no its not "binge" on that one day, just a couple of cocktails (strong though). Been enjoying Blanton's single barrel bourbon with a small ice cube.

So today.....nada. Had a glass of OJ, then a chai keow yen wan noi piew after lunch ( Basically green tea over ice with a little bit of sweetener and extra sour). The gal near my casa makes these fresh, espresso green tea from leaf, a splash of honey and fresh squeezed lime. Very refreshing, not to many calories and a small caffeine kick. Plus the small talk is nice....

^ If having a drink like that during the day, I usually go for Nampueng Manao So-daa. Honey with squeezed lime juice and soda over ice. Damn well hits the spot.

^ yeah anything like that is delish. I used to drink fresh squeezed lemonade in the states.

Today I decided to branch off into other cocktails and tried this one out;

Actually not that difficult once I'm up at 7am and out exercising or doing something, and have the love and support of 5 different women.

^Quitting Smoking- forever.
Curbing Drinking- a month max and then maybe just drinking once a month/week.

That added to regular exercise and mostly healthy eating.

Its all going well so far, apart from my fucked sleeping cycle

That's a coincidence, I've just taken them up.


Along with an extra 15 daily cups of tea or coffee, and shaking my hands for fun.

Lunchtime I will be mostly be finishing off the 3/4 of a glass of red wine that was looking at me this morning when i woke up, followed by the remaining 1/2 bottle, followed by watching the back of my eyelids

looking like a classic American IPA in the glass, this detours into the New World with Mosaic, Citra and New Zealand Motueka hops delivering punchy, orangey, citrus fruit and piney resin aromas. Moteuka is described as having Mojito lime like characters and it's a hard thought to shake with this beer but, with a light, grassy finish and a firm bitterness that runs dry, balanced by a toasted, almost nutty, caramel maltiness, this is another Beerfarm beer that sees the crowd but is confident to stand in its own clothes.​
