^ I've never watched Starwars, so had to look up 'Yoda' when it was mentioned. It's a great name, but we've already got a Yogi and that could get confusing.

She's a funny little thing and for sure wouldn't have been offered a home or survived if I wasn't stuck here with no work. I reckon nursing her back to health is doing my daughter the world of good as well, and the littlun will surely have some of her own name suggestions.

I'd like a name to reflect these times for future memory, but if she escapes I don't want to walk around the neighbourhood shouting 'Corvid'. So maybe something a bit more subtle.

In saying all that... a home isn't a definite yet. The Commandant has noticeably avoided the subject... which is good news but not a given. It'll cost me, for sure...

What has the world come to... no more Leo to be had anywhere.

One thing I love about baked potatoes... I'm not mindlessly having a couple of beers while my daughter plays on her pc inside... I put two potatoes in the convection oven, so I'm cooking!

Every tried the Cold Brew Chang Mendip? I had one the other day. No ice. Just ice cold. Was pretty good

No, never tried it. Never even heard of it to be honest.

I used to quite like Chang Export but now that's gone I just buy Leo without really thinking.

I'll have a look tomor... oh no, it's another dry day. I'll look on Thursday.

I think it's probably the export with a new name. I do not know but it's pretty descent for a go to the local shop type beer. I am not a ice with beer drinker so I got it chilled in my freezer then poured it in a chilled mug.

The couple of times I've tried those, they've been underwhelming - geet yeeself a La Chouffe.

Chang Cold Brew is way better than Chang Classic. Please be specific

American Eagle is a very good middle of the road Bourbon. Its great with an ice cube. Its not as tasty as say a bottle Buffalo Trace but WAY above say Sangsom or 100 pipers. By comparison Buffalo Trace is a Kentucky Bourbon and American Eagle is Tennessee and their process and grains are different. Now if you are solely against the name "American Eagle" because its to "Merkin"....I understand....:)

Tastes decent to me. The best comes from a pump in Ireland, so I hear. Its over rated stuff imho. Ok for 2 or 3 pints but couldnt drink it all day. Its hardly an appetising colour and makes your shit black if you drink enough.

Yes Chang, Leo and Singha are bottom of the barrel beers IMHO. I guess some enjoy it and more power to them. Its like drinking Corona in the US. Its what we call "Piss" beer. The Chang Cold Brew is notably better. It can be enjoyed without ice. If I had to compare it to a US beer, its probably a Budweiser or Michelob.

Recently I started trying different Craft beers here. A Few are OK. Good for 1 or 2 cold ones after busting ass in the yard.
