It's French import butter. I would not touch any food from the US.

Margerine is indeed a creation of marketeers trying to use up the detritus of other processes to make money. They then launch an all out attack on butter convincing the world that butter is bad for you. Well, the body needs saturated fats, and the minimal amounts most people would eat each day in normal cooking and food preparation is about the right about of saturated fats you need. [/quote]

    Try making your own butter.

Not as difficult as it seems.

exactly - I doubt I eat 30g of saturated fats each day. Butter is still considerably better than marg though...

Indeed - a piece of piss really. Even just a full fat milk in a bottle shaken vigorously for 20 minutes will make butter. Add a dollop of cream to the mix to speed it up if you can find decent cream here. I saw a bottle of butter milk in Villa the other day and was thinking the very though; make some butter!

    mil fed sook

not butter, but i hate girls milk ,that low fat watery crap, when i work in mining camps,
the women who stock the fridges on site always try to put that shite in the crib rooms
    where you have smoko.
we throw it in the bin and tell them we only want full cream milk.
they seem to think you will gain weight if you only drink a glass a day,
they are brainwashed about it, all they need is a bit of exercise to stop getting fat.
