That evening I had a vivid dream in which I stripped the design back and started again and solved the problems.

When I got to the office the next morning I realised I'd had a dream and the work wasn't done. That said I had solved the issues and just recereated what I had done in the dream and had a very sucessful day which was stress free.

Never happened since though I could do with that sort of inspiration today.
Wish I could get those sort of dreams.

I sometimes get work-related quandaries in dreams like that. Unfortunately, when I wake up I realise that engineering solutions involving dancing chimpanzees drinking banana daiquiris aren't really feasible.. Bummer.

Nature's way of dealing with stress
    like a safety valve
some dreams are an extention of what occurs during the day
a way for the brain to organise itself to stay sane in an insane world.
or as one poster said a problem solver when something stays with you into sleep.
why do some ex soldiers wake up screaming 30 yrs. after a near death experience ?
plus the brain never ever takes a holiday
on the go for 70 yrs. plus and never has a rest.

^ Good post Billy and very true.

The difference with my experience though was I knew what I was about to see even before I saw it. That dream vision I had was exactly the same vision I saw when I woke up and went to look.

It still amazes me and I am not afraid or ashamed to admit this to anyone.

It isn't much of a miracle to dream of a filled klong, and realising it's filled when you wake up. You heared the rain pounding all night. The days before, you watched the weather forecasts predicting severe rain. You've seen before what it looks like.

I only saw one image in my dream and that is the two arches on the retaining wall and the water lapping on the underside of those two arches which is a scene I have never seen before.

When I woke up and looked down on the arches I saw that exact same scene.

The Klong, the rain and the days before I did not dream about.

Do you dream about me mate as a bloke from Switzerland referred that I was Jesus Christ just the other day and because I solved one of his work related problems.

Has anyone ever referred to you as JC mate? Had a divine meal in one of your 5 perfectly managed and catered for restaurants?

    LT.

    Jesus didn't leave his body!

Have you heard of the church of Judas?

Judas was Jesus' twin brother. He stood in for Jesus and was crucified so that Jesus could reappear 3 days later.

Mate, I don't have a religious bone in my body and I am not a great reader but I do like looking at pictures in magazines.

Not much to say for myself, but I can say my wife has many dreams of me having sex with other women while I very rarely do. The Sandman is a traitor!

Well your wife's dreams are spot on as you do have sex with other women.

I can honestly say my wife has never once questioned, asked or indirectly inferred that I have sex with other women.

In fact I would be rather pissed off if she even thought I had sex with other woman.

LT you came to Switzerland and didn't take me out for a drink. Or, perhaps you had a nightmare about that!!

Seriously, I believe in all the dreams, dejavu etc. stuff. Very interesting, but am a bit scared to delve into it too deeply.

    More so than exploring religions.

You are not with the programme LT - ref your post 108 - I have no restaurants - I think you r thinking of ur other disciple Gilbert.

It is important to have a good memory if you want to continue to lead your religious cult.

You probably heard something subconsciously and then had the dream afterwards. Same thing happened to me as child: dreamed there was a crash on the main road outside the house, woke up and there had been a crash but like people said, you heard the crash then had the dream. Dreams only last a few seconds giving false impressions.

A few things have happened in my life which I cannot explain but do you guys believe in spirit travel or supernatural occurrences?

Interesting question, I don't actually design any more, I manage the design....

You could hold the products in your hand if you can lift about 600 tonnes for the final 'item'.

Of course you may be able to hold some of the parts but individually we didn't technically design those.

Patsy I have not made it there as the company in Switzerland are not ready for me to come and approve the production system we are buying.

I suspect within the next 2 weeks I will be there and I would be happy to buy you a drink or 10 as long as you select a good bar.

Yes, and I am once again wearing the amulet given to me by my boss and blessed by Luang Por Khun himself.

This amulet gave me my second daughter when all the doctors had given up on her when she was still in the womb of my then wife who was 5 months pregnant.

Astonished one of the best gynecologist and prenatal teams in Thailand and I have my girl with me to prove it.

    ^ Interesting...

How do you account for the number of times an amulet is involved where the outrcome is not so good?

Or the times people like your lovely lass did survive and there was no amulet involved.....

My belief is the amulet didn't give you anything, your daughter and your wife were fighters and came through.....

Well I rushed the mother to be to the hospital when she started to hemorrhage, she was rushed into the inspection room, my doctor had informed me the water had broken and the baby was in a terrible state and a miscarriage was imminent.

We viewed the baby on the ultrasound x-ray and the doctor further confirmed that the baby was in extreme distress, the heartbeat was very slow and erratic and the mother was prepared for a miscarriage.

I took the amulet off which was attached to my necklace, placed it around the mother's neck and left the hospital to pick my nephew up from the airport as he was arriving within an hour.

When I returned there was a team of doctors with the mother and my own doctor informed me that a miracle had happened and the baby had survived and everything had returned to normal but that wanted to keep her overnight to be safe.

Without a word of a lie all the doctors and nurses involved were absolutely amazed.

Can I explain it? NO........Can the doctors explain it? NO........Was it a miracle?........Everyone involved including me believe so.
