I sit there, see my school -pal, ... Mal,...in his pyjamas, he sees me in mine!!!!....he sez ."i gonna tellon u!"... I sez "I gonna tell on U2!!!.

    WTF?

Go 2 skool nex day, I sez looka him...(my pal Mal)... he sez I seen ya in ya pyjamas!!

    I sez, " I seen ya 2111,...ya nigafwka!!!"

Wake up next morning, go 2 school,....see Mal,.. me pal...., .....?

"I seen U las nite in yo pyjamas!!!!

He sez,....." I seen u2, ///MOFOBRO.....(or de equivalent..)

WE both say, "Cool." ...(or words 2 dat effect...)

    Enda story.

I truly believe my spirit left my body when it was absolutely necessary and for the safety of my kids.

And I truly don't give a fuck whether anyone believes me.

I previously had 3 experiences that I cannot explain and not in relation to dreaming.

The first experience was in relationship with a famous fortune teller.

I had just come to Thailand to work on some quotations for local manufacturers to supply equipment manufacted by my Australian based company.

I also met up with some high flyers here and was invited to lunch at a Thai Generals house.

At this luncheon were some fairly important people, one who later became Thai PM for a few tumultuous months and the Cambodian King's Son among others.

Also present was this macabre looking Burmese man who was as black as the ace of spades but had bright blue eyes. He was invited as he was supposedly a very famous soothsayer.

After lunch he went about offering predictions for various people and by reading their palm. At the end someone suggested that he read my palm and I initially refused as I said I don't beleive in that stuff.

Anyway they convinced me and I can say within two days things happened that made me believe he had amazing powers.

The first occurrence was when my ex-wife called me and told me that the Finish guy I had employed to run my company whilst I was working in Thailand had advised my two German partners to kick me out of the company.

The Burmese soothsayer had warned me about a man from a very cold country that was working against me and was going to hurt my future. And two days later I receive this telephone call.

Nobody at that luncheon knew anything about me and to be honest there are at least 4 other things that he claimed at that palm reading has happened to me and over the course of the last 20 odd years.

My other experiences are even more amazing.

Actually LT I have had a couple as follows - I was entering sukhumvit road from soi 11 thinking I should get a taxi - fcuk me one was right there in front of me - freaked me right out that did.

Next day just for scientific purposes I thought stuff the taxi I will get the sky train - I shit you not but I was no sooner on the platform and the Bastid arrived.

Coincidence - I do not think so - what say you!,

I would say the answer to my previous question is a big NO.

I actually foresaw that you would come up with a smart arse response and that is exactly what I received.

Up your game mate. You could have been a lot more witty than that.

I'm on my way out to watch the Aussie Rugby League grand final and wish I had a dream about the winner last night.

i dream things before they happen. which is a pretty shit super power 'cos it just makes me look weird when something is happening and i'm all "OMG I DREAMT ABOUT THIS WHEN I WAS 15!!!"

I'm guessing it's just an early sign of mental health problems but if not I will die in a car crash... 'cos I've already dreamt it...
I'd like to see what morning looks like
Don't wanna drink pint after pint
I wanna wake up without feeling sick
    But I can't cuz I'm a drug-abusing alcoholic

startled me a bit so i went looking for a place to sleep but could find none.
    it was the early morning.
i ended up sleeping in a car park by a beach in my sleeping bag.
as i was dosing off the image came back.
i put it down to exhaustion.

Bit like LT's dream - thought the river was flooding in his dream - turns out it wasn't - holy fcuk I must be like Jesus Christ.

Should be no big deal to LT even if it was flooding - I thought that was what he had the buckets for!

I was working as a Services Designer some years ago designing the services for the Wellcome Trust building on Euston Road.

I had a difficult plantroom to design and when I left work one evening I was stuck with a serious space issue that I just couldn't figure out.

That evening I had a vivid dream in which I stripped the design back and started again and solved the problems.

When I got to the office the next morning I realised I'd had a dream and the work wasn't done. That said I had solved the issues and just recereated what I had done in the dream and had a very sucessful day which was stress free.

Never happened since though I could do with that sort of inspiration today.

^ Ive had those kind of dreams a few times, when I used to play computer puzzle games like Simon the sorcerer, broken sword and escape from monkey island. Many times the answer would be there when I woke

Nothing to do with Jesus though

June 9, 2009 — Research led by a leading expert on the positive benefits of napping at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine suggests that Rapid Eye Movement (REM) sleep enhances creative problem-solving. The findings may have important implications for how sleep, specifically REM sleep, fosters the formation of associative networks in the brain.
