Thread: Has your marriage sex faded or ended?

This question may have been asked somewhere back in time on TD but I can't find it. Since I've been curious about this for a while,I just figured I'd ask it. I've been married for about 10 years and the sex part of it has faded away. We're both okay with that but that's probably because we both are getting older anyways. I'm the one who would initiate anything but I'm just no interested in it with her as in the earlier days. I had a hell of a lot of experience with women prior to finally settling down with here so sex with her wasn't anything special from the beginning. I'm not saying I didn't enjoy it because I did. It's been some time now since we've done anything. Our marriage is fine but the sex is just not there. I still enjoy adult videos regularly and I'll going out with the guys on occasion to the nightlife areas in BKK and I will get a nice massage with the happy ending every now and again, but at home there's no much going on.

If my wife was younger than me and had give up on sex I'd be thinking why? Me, I'm still up for the cup and so's the missus so I don't look at her suspiciously. But if things change then I would. At the end of the day us farang are boring old farts in a way. Whereas a Thai guy knows how to talk to a Thai woman and make her feel special and make her laugh, irrespective that they treat women like shite. It's an interesting question.

My Mrs and I don't go at it anything like as frequently as we used to, but not because of a lack of affection or attraction, the sound of her laugh is still music to my ears and the sight of her each morning is still beautiful to behold in my eyes even if her hair is rumpled and she looks over tired.

I put it down to work stresses, tiredness and the effects of ageing and hormones dropping off on both our sides. I don't really care to view pr0n and I have never had a massage of any kind in the 14 years I have lived here and been married to her.

We are cool with our situation, it works for us. There is a lot more to marriage than sex and money imho. If that's what you want then stick with the happy ending massages.

Not all situations are what you might expect.
Better chance, that you've less [or none at all] experience with a variety of situations.

I am sure there are plenty here that have had numerous relationships with women and they always progress the same way.

The difference in marriage is that #4 is lacking because there are many other redeeming qualities that keep one interested.
