She's been busy for a year, then. Last online 31/3/2015.

BTW, the green she gave me was for my avatar. That's why it will have to go, if she's gone.

I was looking for my achilles tendonitis thread and this came up on the search so posted my results here.

The interesting part of the video starts at 1.20, it's painful at first but works.

I agree. Screwed my left achilles tendon on a rock wall in 2003. It was painless and I could stand straight up. But if I tried to take one step, fell flat on my face. Helped me to my car, drove to ER, had a hard cast on for a week, saw a physical therapist who showed me 3 exercises to practice daily, about 2 minutes each. Was back rock climbing (granted, only rappelling, but still walking) 3 weeks after I tore it. (I guess I tore it).

Still the strangest thing about that day I screwed my tendon, is the drive on the 405 in Orange County, CA, to the gym. 8 am in the morning and I saw this unbelievable contrail in the sky overhead. I had never seen anything in my life like it before. Made me turn my radio on. Learned about the shuttle Columbia disaster, 1 Feb. 2003. Told my climbing friends at the gym. Nobody believed me. They said the contrail was never visible in Southern California. To this day that's the story.

NR expained and did not flounce, she had got married and felt that she was happy in a new chapter of her life.

^ Then maybe something good will come out of the April reunion shows. Still would be missing two of the original members though. Personally, think the current lineup (w/o Slash and McKagan) completely suck and Chinese Democracy is one of the worst recordings ever made and, believe it or not, it IS the most expensive album ever recorded.

I happen to believe it's all Axl's fault (strictly IMNSFHO). Therefore, the chances of an album of new stuff, after the reunion shows, are nil.

Learned today that the Swiss dude named Rolf who owned the Flintstone Bar on Soi 8 in Pattaya passed away a few months back. Sad, sad, news ... only 52 years old.

I'd start a where have I been thread but I can't remember, not that I was out of it, just that the last road trip was over 4000 miles. The sad part was that I wound up where I started. But that was the plan.

I'm still sorting through the pics In my spare time. I'm terrible at the go pro filming and editing. Didn't take enough time to learn it befor the excursion. Mabey by the next major trip I hope. I'll have to make the time.

I'm 6 foot 4 and a fat koont as well , sure do need a re supply., not them poofter boxer shorts though, my bro is coming to visit in a couple of months , he,s a fat koont to, better word him up to bring me some eh.

I loaded up in L.A. last month. I know what you mean. Socks and Nike running shoes, too. 4 pair for an avg price of $50 USD. Here in CM, I could order same for $150@.
