Ive had to Pull my head in after getting the Diabetes diagnosis.

The upside is I feel good in the mornings and have been cracking on with the exercise and punching out some nice sessions doing weights.

The other upside is that I'm fuked if I could ever be a full on teetotaler as I do enjoy a drink.

Anyway I have no choice but to keep it real so I'm on the piss once a week on the weekend.

If I don't drink for 3 or more days I have vivid dreams about all sorts of things.

Quite entertaining really.

I, by coincidence started a day or two before this thread , after waking up in the night to puke up .
I prefer stopping now and then anyway as it makes it more enjoyable when i restart .

I get those too! If I can get to having a few just a couple of times a week I'll be happy. I'm much more motivated on mornings/days when there`s no alcohol in my system.

Yesterday morning I thought it was a good idea. I even bought a crate of soda waters to crack open instead of beers while watching the footy.























But then I came to my senses, slapped myself upside and necked a dozen (before lunch).
