Yeah, i wish, this is going to be a cracking game!

welll i stuffed it up on the first 2 days of my break by tying one on in Savannakhet followed by another big one in vientiane but remained sober for the other 5 days, back at work now until the 31st and intend to remain of the piss again, Have to really the docs said ive high blood sugar and high Triglycerides, that will teach me, at least its not Diabetes

Stay strong mate, I'm on a flight later today, reckon red wines and whiskey in the air doesnt count as it's medicinal. (ie helps me sleep!)

It's been a wet July for me - 6+ beers/day.

Might try a dry August. Does wonders for the body (and mind, and general capacity to deal with life better).

Type one is just not on most of our radars. Type two is much closer than you think.

17 days was pretty good.

I must try it sometime.... It's just too godamned hot here, and I usually drink wine but these days have been knocking back the shandies.

Also, beer is cheaper than coke or water in cafès.

Got hammered last night, so I'm off the dry wagon. Bring on the weekend!!!!

Still going strong. Even swerved a party last night. Quite enjoying this sobriety lark.

Fuk it ive had enough, getting on the piss tonight, its been a champion effort on my behalf if i must say so myself , apart from the 2 days i got on it a couple of weeks ago ive been totaly sober , it actually feels good and and i find ive got a bit more go in me, Going on R &R tomorrow a day early so i might as well get in some practice for that, reckon ive lost a bit of the BLD gut girth as well but havent had access to a set of scales around here , reckon i might stick to not drinking for the 2 weeks im at work and just drink on my time of,
