ExBLD; well done, I'm on 5 days!

Gravey, I see you lurking, once again. Obviously you cannot go a day without a drink, is metholayted spirits or pruno your choice of drink?

I have now gone nearly 10 hours without a drink, and for most of those hours i was unconscious.

Sobriety is making my head hurt, but i have dog hairs in the fridge.

The next hour is crucial to the salvation of dry(ish) July.

Sandown, Isle of Wight, got up early and took the ferry over, then bus to the back of the island. Lovely day.
The sarnie was a fresh baguette with home cooked gammon and English mustard,
you don't ruin a class act like that with salad

I've got a house warming party I have to go to today so there's no getting out of a few beers.

But I've swam for 1 hour every day this week and done 3 decent sized runs so I can get away with it. I've actually never lost so much weight in one week before.

ive failed miserably.

Monday - dry
Tuesday- thirsty
Wednesday - wet
Thursday- wetter
Friday - saturated
Saturday- pissed as a fart
Sunday- sufferin on the sofa until the bar re-opens
