She was a masters student in something or other but she seemed thick as fuck to me. it goes to show.. Spend 20k a year on studying abroad, memorize lots of key phrases and words in chosen textbook and magic them up at the end in the form of essays = SMART & Walk into a high paid job in China looking down at all the peasants

I had to constantly help her figure out how to operate the shower.. guess it was a different kind of "smart".

Rich Chinese drivers seem to think they can do just anything, even in foreign countries. Only yesterday morning I went to a market, and as I was walking by a crossroads, a Chinese guy in a Mercedes drove up and paused. I figured he was going to turn into the side street, but he purposely tried to do a U-turn in the narrow street NEXT to the crossroads. However his car did not have a sufficient turning circle, so he had to do a 3-point turn.....right next to the crossroads. I was speechless.

I'm not sure if it's a good thing really.. they bring a lot of money into this country, but how many Brits lose out on the opportunity to study because the Uni would rather accept 20k Free rather than 6k for an "EU Student".

The Chinese students from rich backgrounds come to the UK to study because our qualifications give them a very good edge in the ultra competitive job market in China. Plus immersing themselves in our culture and language does wonders for their prospects.

They don't give a shit about the weather.. i doubt the weather in China is that amazing either.

They don't mind the food because they can afford to eat out £50 restaurant meals every day or they cook themselves.

We drive safer and better than them.

They don't go to the pub, too busy camped up in their rooms studying obsessively or hanging around with their Chinese friends.

All you have done is describe your skillset or lack-there of.

Plenty of Australian expats working there now that are earning bigger dollars than they would be if still in Australia I would think Brits could probably do the same.
