I'm on a work-about here in the USA and the wife flys over to see me in about 18 hours. Just got off the phone with here and she is quiverring with excitement. Don't think that will end when she gets here. She'll be blown away by polite driving, cars that stop for people APPROACHING cross-walks, paper towels in the bathrooms, dogs on leashes, people picking up dog poo, good service in restaurants, sidewalks you can walk on, total lack of garbage anywhere, and on and on.
Curious as to what others have experienced and what I should expect. The weather here is about 19C so she will likely freeze within the first hour! My fleece pull-over will be handy but it is about twenty sizes too big!
