Thread: What good deed did you do today?

Today I saw a little red ladybird that had fallen in the pool. It was waggling its little legs but not getting anywhere so I lifted him out and put him on the tiles and he waddled slowly off to ladybird another day.

What a champion bloke. Good on me

Decent and gentle middle path.

I sat with a mate of mine till 4am in the morning telling him what a twat he was by drinking his life away.

I don't know if my "good deed of the day" will do any good.

Haven't done too many good deeds lately. Today I just gave the local dogs some scraps. In need of doing some good deeds!

I bought my 2 year old this car for Xmas



Im gonna build us, erm i mean her some ramps for it too:-)

I complimented the egg lady at the market on the neatness of her egg display and her ravishing good looks. I was unable to get a discount but I think she went home happy.

I bought myself some well earned beers

I gave the cleaner a bunch of mismatched crockery I was gonna throw away.

How does that work? It is big enough for her to sit in and has a seat belt and steering wheel but it also has a remote control so you decide where she will go and how fast? Could have some long term emotional consequences for your relationship and cost her down the road in therapy sessions.

And tell her to leave the milk bottle at home. No drinking and driving! 55

GFs day off today so I cooked me own dinner and organised her meds. She has to be sedated or she might do a runner.

I think you have got your good deed around the wrong way Chaz.

It goes in 2 modes,her driving herself, or i can press a switch and take remote control, but the only drawback is. If she steers i cant override her until she lets go.

I might have to sew one of her cardigans into a straight jacket

I complimented the army boss (probably colonel or higher) on the condition of military golf course where we played today. He's a top bloke, speaks fluent english and is spending the budget on course management and not putting it in his back pocket as many in the past have done

Correct.

The only problem is he started drinking at 1.00pm and probably slept through most of my good deed.

I didn't break my mother in-law's nose with a solid right hook...

hmmm... I got nothing. Oh wait, I put my used condom in the garbage can rather then leave it bedside for the maids to mop up.

Went to a Taiwanese restaurant in Chinatown on sunday night. Ordered 5 dishes knowing I'd never eat it all, so took the rest home.

Also had two containers of a curry I'd made a couple of nights before, so took the whole lot of leftovers and gave them to the two homeless guys and their dogs who sit outside the local co-op supermarket.

Also provided plastic spoons too.

This Xmas day will be volunteering to help do the lunch at STAK, St. Austell Community Kitchen, before heading to dads to install his new TV aerial on his roof.

Only then can I gulp a cold beer down.

If I wanted it different I could have stayed in the west.

Seriously mate she gets pretty well looked after, and so do I. No complaints from either side. Just booked her a 3 day christmas spa break.

Fairly nuff mate.

3 day Spa break............She's a lucky girl.

The dad goes out and digs coal/shoots people/makes ships/ breaks his back or does whatever to put a meal on the table and a roof over the heads of the family.
The bloke works.
The wench cooks and cleans.


And supplys soapy massage to the testicles and penis.

I gave a green tea to a passing monk this morning.

When he asked if I had a mobile phone he could borrow I lied and said no.

I don't work anymore, me being retireded and idle like.
She now pays for some ugly one eyed bint to do the soapy.
I'm confused. Am I still winning?

On a serious note: I work at the Kentucky Department of Veterans Affairs, so I do the same deeds daily. I help run the state Veterans Nursing facilities to take care of our veterans that can't take care of themselves. We also have a Veterans Cemetery branch and a Veterans benefits branch that helps disabled veterans apply for the benefits they have earned.
On a less serious note: I really enjoy reading about the activities of this crazy bunch, true or not....
