^Fair play, what station will you be on?
A local community station. I'll post it up later to prevent anyone trolling them, if you catch my drift.
It's voluntary, but it keeps me 'match fit'.
I gave the piece of chicken I had just bought at a stall to a brand new street dog that appeared; literally brand new in that he was obviously someones well looked after dog a few days ago but now he is a vagrant. First good meal the little chap had had I reckon by the way he wolfed it down.
just took photos of my staff.
I e-mailed the photos to them, wishing them and their families a merry xmas
and explaining that times are tough and this was their xmas bonus/present.
Sad thing about the homeless Xmas dinner thing is that since I last did it a year ago at the same place, six people have died of OD's or alcohol related heart attacks, all in their 40s. Two have park benches dedicated to them in Newquay.
Makes you (well, me anyway) appreciate living life.
gave the mister miagi style tramp vagrant on the soi 10 baht for lao kao, karma....
^ That's a fair deal.
he didnt say thanks, just raised it in the air and headed for the shop, at least he`s happy
Rather than get a kitten, my cat came from the local Cats Protection shelter. Previous owners had thought it amusing to kick him. Luckily, he got away and cowered in another garden shed before being discovered.
The vigilante in me wanted to kick in, but two wrongs wouldn't make a right so I give him lots of TLC and he's started sleeping on my feet at night on the bed. Some nights he sleeps on one side of the duvet and I have to yank the duvet when I turn over in bed. Twice I've heard a ''meeeeoooww'' as he takes flight

My good deed today is too myself.
I had a meeting with a supplier in Bangkok and rang him and told him to come down to meet me in Pattaya for once.
He agreed so I don't have that depressing trip to contend with.
Why not indeed mate , and as I am in a similar position , with the wife working all over xmas / new year I have put myself forward to help out to.Originally Posted by DJ Pat
After that's all done I shall drive 20 miles to collect my brother who lives alone bring him back to ours and cook a late xmas dinner for us 3 then take him home about midnight .
Similar vein as my bro , he has 2 cats from the local cat rescue , Sooty + Sweep ,,, both males about 10 years old , Sweep being very confident ,, Sooty the exact opposite , poor bloody thing cannot move withought cowering down along the floor , as the "" home " he came from used to beat him .Originally Posted by DJ Pat

I'm proud of my 38" waist , also proud I have never done drugs
My good deed tomorrow is doing the First Great Western train company a huge favour by actually buying a ticket and using their shoddy, useless excuse of a service. The free glass of wine in first class is worth it though.
Not that I'm sitting in first class though. Not for £106.
Toots has learned that a claw in my big toe wakes me up for his breakfast in the mornings. If I move my foot away he chases it and uses more claws on more of my toes. Might get a guinea pig to keep him company, don't really want two cats but don't want him to be lonely when I'm out, and two cats using one litter box isn't much fun either. At least guinea pig shit is solid and can be hoovered up easily. And they don't suffer fools either.
^ 5555 still can't green you for some reason sorry
As for the good deed I shall be doing tomorrow , I have as I do every year put myself forward to do all the afternoon deliveries so the other drivers can go home / pub at lunchtime , usually not too much to do , but there is always a customer who wants some materials at the last minute ,, so I stay and cover till 5pm as Xmas is pretty much a non event for me , and most the other drivers have young families , so it works well. There is no extra money in it for me as we are all on a salary .
I farted in the elevator and swore at a bus driver.
Good deeds are for wimps.
Adopted a puppy.
You are joking about getting a guinea pig to keep your cat company, right ?Originally Posted by DJ Pat
