help needed, american series possibly, about drug trafficking dealing etc? the wire? read a referemce to it in shaun ryders autobiog but cant fekkin find it#######!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go to eztv and look through the show list. I've done that a couple of times when I couldn't remember a name.

It's called "The Wire". Ran from 2002-2008. Inner city Baltimore, Maryland. Great series.

I can never get into it. I should try harder. I think I've watched the first episode about 3 times by mistake.

^Try it again. Along with The Shield, it's my favorite cop series.

It does not teeter. It leaps.

You have to get into the characters, and the development of the wire. Give it a chance. It's a bit more intellectual than the average shoot-em-up, which is what makes it great. And that clip above is totally meaningless out of context.

nothing surpasses the wire. it is the best.

After finishing S5 I tried to download the whole lot into a syringe so I could shoot it up.


It didn't work so I stuck my finger in the USB port and tried a direct utorrents to human flesh D/L.

Ie got all 5 seasons so I'll give it another shot as December looks like its gonna be a slow tv month.
