Can't believe N99 wrecked that nice looking lunchtime snack by covering it with ketchup... The laptop looks a bit old, and those cheap black sandals don't have much style...

Fuking hell marmite, that looks like you're going full on nuclear war with your stomach - what the fuk did your stomach do to you to deserve that??? Looks very nice though.

    I just had:

    Fuking crap...

Xmas day will be fun, I forgot about the dates, so I have 20 presentations on the comparative histories of Arabic, Latin, Greek, Sumarian and English. I want to cry. Where can I get a nice breakfast, hmmmmmm???
    Cycling should be banned!!!

    Camp food:
    Breakfast: tuna & powdered eggs.
Dinner: Korean food on a metal tray with indents; mostly kimchi, seaweed soup, pickled cucumber. Keeps one very regular.

What you see in my pic is a pair of flip flops.
    Sandals belong in the closet.

First cooked up some dixie sausage and bacon, then did some home style potatoes, then did a cheese omelette for the wife and I as the kids had already left.

For about a month now I've been having a blended fruit shake for my pre-breakfast and without doing any exercise and putting in zero effort my small beer belly has almost completely disappeared to reveal my long lost six pack.

    1 x Banana (skinned)
1 x Red Apple (skin on but cored)
5 x Strawberrys (Frozen are better that fresh)
1 x Splash of milk (cold)

This didn't happen this morning though. I had a full English Breakfast.
