    Breakfast

Just had a jok cup rice thing, a piece of soi chicken and a 7-11 iced coffee, not bad for a missed breakfast lunchtime fill up.

what did you have for breakfast?

Nowt yet. Waiting for this poxy rain to stop, so I can a) go to the shops and b) travel back to the Northeast.

I'll probably end up having pie and chips and gravy. Most yummy

My breakfast is always a variation on the same theme of non-fat Greek yoghurt mixed with either: apple; kiwifruit; banana; oatmeal; or apple and oatmeal.

Tasty even if a tad boring.

Ran out of cornflakes a few days ago but found an old packet of muesli in a kitchen cabinet. Added some freshly caught banana and apple.
    Coffee
    OJ
    Fag

    Time to get up now.

It's what I eat directly after doing my morning cardio (which is always done by 6am- I like to do it on an empty stomach as I feel it burns more fat that way as glycogen stores are at their lowest point after a night's sleep)- it's very easy for me to digest (I live on milk- I can go though over three liters in a day easily) but if you're lactose-intolerant it would be a poor choice.
There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.
