The kids and I drink Chitlada milk which comes from the royal farm. Its chemical free as far as I can tell. Lets see you complain about that.
    Are you a vegan?

Can't beat nice cold ice cold milk. We used to get a third of a pint free at school every day, unless you were a milk monitor then you got all the leftovers too.

Milk is also used in the production of cheese, yoghurt, butter and cream. Highly versatile. Hope this helps.
You can get all of those vitamins from many other foods, without all the added hormones, steroids, antibiotics and pesticides. Also without the associated cruelty to the animals.

Dairy farming sums up all that is wrong in todays world. I know feeding over 7 billion fucking retards is never gonna be easy, but fuck that I'm not eating the shit the uneducated masses wolf down.

Do you know what the cows are fed on to produce as much milk as possible?

And failsafe, Mr optimum health himself, twice you have conveniently side-stepped my question. Where does your 3 litres a day of milk come from?

I already told you- a cow.

You can believe everything you read on the Internet (provided it's in line with your preconceptions, of course)- I'm going to stick with my actual real-life experience that's spanned years, if that's OK with you, Mr. Wannabe.

Seven billion retards- thank god we have a savior like you looking out for us- if only you had enlightened me sooner...

    7,000,000,001 retards, I guess...
There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

Why do you personalize? You're probably a right asshole. Come on you have to be bigger than that.

We cook two meals a day at home. All with chemical free foods if they can be sourced which is most of the time.

I am well aware of all the "extra ingredients" in even fresh bought food. All you have to do is read the back of a pack of anything and you can see what the hell is in it.

Lighten up and have some fun mate.

It's amazing how even the most benign postings can lead to unwanted opinions and stupid shit-fights.

Smoke another bowl, flashbang- it's all natural, right? None of that chemically enhanced hydroponic stuff for you...

We are not talking about drinking gallons of the stuff every day. We are discussing one small part of a daily meal.
If you take any basic food group it's possible for fanatics to twist an unhealthy connection to it.
Take your food conspiracies and peddle them to the David Icke brigade. Leave balanced sensible folk alone please. There are enough nutters on here already.

You should try, though- it would help to cover up the patchouli stink.

I can spot 'Internet enlightenment' re: the subject of nutrition from a mile away, usually coming from some soft numbskull who's three days into his 'vegan period' (at the same time, I also know true vegans whose opinions are completely worthy of respect and attention- I suspect you are solidly the former by the fact you have chosen to attack my diet with the usual PETA-sponsored bullshit rather than espousing your choice- it's pretty typical and telling)- I used to give people like you the time of day, but no longer- thanks for your opinion, though- it will get all the consideration it deserves.

Aging one. Lighten up bro, I have not attacked you in any way. If you cant stand the heat, get outta the kitchen.

I would find it hard to believe that one could find chemical/pesticide free produce anywhere in Asia.

Okay that's it. There has been this can of Spam at the local Lotus for a year. It's all dusty as no local would ever buy it. Tomorrow I am buying it. Love that stuff. I think it has about 20 year shelf life so it should be okay.

I live in rural England. I buy organic veggies grown on farms licensed by the soil association. Fuck knows if some nutter poured nasty chemicals over the soil 100 years ago.

I would rather trust the soil association than eat shite produced for the dumb masses.

Attacking other peoples choices on here in an aggressive manner is unlikely to change their current diet.
If you were calm and reasonable in your assertions and backed it up with credible sources some may even listen to you.
Your approach is more likely to harden attitudes against you instead.
All you have achieved so far is to alienate your audience.

My mother has got a great set of tits, thank you very much.

I'm just trying to help people less fortunate than my mind-blowing self. I understand that most of you are past the point of no return, and you're gonna die a slow and agonising death in the near future as a result of your piss-poor lifestyle choices, but don't dismiss my views.
