In line with the current healthy theme.... I have a bowl of this every morning at 0600. Keeps me from feeling hungry until after midday. Very cheap also at 109bht for an 800gm tin at Makro.

Ribs with yogurt is pretty low calorie too. Although my most favourite and healthy breakfast is a spliff, a muff and a fryup. Life as god intended Tony.

Charly I agree Kaw or Gaw Kai or Gai, but I prefer the K sound as when you write my daughters name it comes out with a K. So Kway teow. Gway Teow would be fine as well

I had breakfast in the Queen Vic one day this week and was pretty unimpressed, nasty mushrooms and just didn't like it.

Not anything like as good as the Black Swan!

I keep on meaning to photograph my Saturday special, but as soon as it arrives I forget.

2 Cumberland sausages (locallyish made), 2 poached eggs, 2 slices of homemade rye, and homemade baked beans. Sometimes bacon, sometimes not.
