Sometimes I skip breakfast and lunch and have a massive fuck-off dinner. The appetizer the other day was cornish pastie, chips, gravy and salad. You know, just to prepare the palate.

I rarely eat breakfast, food is not really that interesting in the early morning

I don't mind a good cup of coffee and croissant around 10/11am, failing that, some nice toast and unsalted butter

nah, my breakfast is similar to taxexile's

2 slices of homemade wholewheat toast, with home made strawbery jam.
    1 glass of farang juice.

2 cups French press coffee, oatmeal w/raw sugar (nit noi). Sometimes I vary it and have Caroline plain yogurt mixed with Museli.
Some times I skip breakfast altogether (except the coffee).

Waylon Jennings used to wake up every morning and drink a shot of Jack Danial's, then go puke last nights drinkables and edibles up, then commence on his daily routine of Jack Danial's and burritos.

I tried it many years ago as I thought it might improve my musical talents. It didn't. I ended up with the Hershey squirts and bloody hemorrhoids. I could live with the Hershey squirts, but hemorrhoids, no thanks.

I did stick with the Mexican fair however.

A lifetime of drinking quite a bit of milk (even from early childhood) and the fact I'm in pretty good shape from rowing, lifting, and Muay Thai, along with clean bills of health from yearly check-ups is all the research I need.

Tried that shit when I first came here. It's like eating sawdust that's been glued back together, 'orrble. The real thing isn't much more expensive.

Fair enough. I stopped drinking milk a few years ago when I read it makes your skin greasy and gives you spots, tis true I tell thee. Drinking mucous from animals is sick, bro.

Drinking milk daily is probably good for you, if you're a frigging baby cow and not a human. Maybe a glass of raw, organic milk once a week is ok.

Where does your milk come from?

It comes from a cow as far as I know.

What are you- some wannabe PETA tree-hugging rainbow warrior? Drinking milk is sick? OK, don't drink it, then, but don't bust balls and act like you're the only one who has done any research or is aware of what he eats.

I've read studies and I know what the concerns are, and I supplement accordingly with other foods, but I need milk as a protein source as I try to get about 200g per day.

I don't drink, smoke, do drugs, or bang bar girls- there are plenty of people here who can use your expertise- I'm not one of them, 'bro'.
There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

Ke-rrist! What a bunch of preening yogurt-eating faggots in this thread. I bet you check your own (or probably each others') faeces for fibre and bran content as well..?

This bad boy is the only breakfast option for real men:

Yes, bro, I am a tree hugging rainbow warrior. IMO drinking cows puss and mucous is sick. Lock me up and throw away the mofo key.

I'm all for getting back to basics, the way nature intended.

You have failed to answer my question. What dairy farm does your milk come from? How are the cows treated there? What kind of shit is pumped into them?

Hey, 'bro', shouldn't you smoke another bowl and get back to saving Africa by reposting the KONI YouTube link on Facebook?

You've failed to realize I don't really care what you think- my barometer of health is how fast/far I can row, how heavy I can lift, and how effectively I can train in the ring- your info comes off the Internet from sites that are in line with your skewed way of thinking.

Go on, now, get back to nature and live as god intended (you know, like back when people were lucky to live to see 60)- don't let me hold you up.

I have zero patience for herbaled-out wannabe hippies.

Milk is a great natural food source and recommended for children to promote healthy growth in teeth and bones. A great source of protein and calcium. In addition to calcium and proteins, milk is a good source of many vitamins. Vitamins A, B6, B12, C, D, K, E, thiamine, niacin, biotin, riboflavin, folates, and pantothenic acid are all present in milk.

Can't beat nice cold ice cold milk. We used to get a third of a pint free at school every day, unless you were a milk monitor then you got all the leftovers too.

Milk is also used in the production of cheese, yoghurt, butter and cream. Highly versatile. Hope this helps.
