When you look at this scenario of a Thai woman marrying a farang, the woman gets shit from all sides, she gets negative comments from thais, if she goes to live in the husbands country she also gets negatives from her adopted country.

Whether her family has money or not, its her that has all the shit to contend with any expat that says she does not have to put up with stuff is living a lie.

It doesn't matter if she's Thai, indian or any other nationality woman from around the world will screw there exs for all they have, so why thai women get the crap is beyond me.

Heres a question for all Expats .

Does your Wife stimulate your intellect.? many many expats i have spoken to have a resounding NO answer.

One would also take into account their lifestyle and locale.
I can almost guarantee that things would be obviously different if this life situation was set up in Thailand.

What is pathetic might be the ages old stereotype of the purchased Thai bride obtained online, where she is expected to run off to Farangland and adjust - almost always uncomfortably.

A wife in Farang land is a mutual respected partner. A lover, a conversation partner. Someone to share the good times and the bad.

She'll come home, cook dinner, collect the kids. More Importantly she will find you attractive and truly 'love' you (at the beginning at least)


A wife in Thailand is just a business arrangement based on convenient sex for you, and money for her and her family, for her!
