Does Anyone Have a New HD Box From True?

I just got a couple, and I'm really disappointed in the fact that the channels can no longer be rearranged in any order like the previous boxes (you've got to scroll through all the crap Thai channels and miscellaneous empty slots to get to where you want to be- you can't group movie channels and sports channels, i.e.)- you can only choose 20 'favorites' and you can't put them in any particular order.

I called to speak to a tech, and he told me they've been getting a lot of complaints and they will try to update the software, but it will be in June at the earliest.

Has anyone discovered some trick to work the channels out, or is this just another True screw-up?

I've been dragging my feet re: a Dreambox, but now I'm considering it...

I've just memorized which numbers are my favorite channels and punch them up. Have you noticed that the True Coffee Shop Channel #120 used to show customers in one of the shops - think it's in Paragon but now shows novice Monks learning their stuff?

Yes- my wife loves that silly show.

I still dislike the box after fooling around with it for a while- it really needs to be upgraded.

I don't know about everyone elses experiences, but I find myself only watching the 10 or so HD channels nowadays as the picture quality of the other channels is simply dreadfull. It's so bad that I even doubt that it's digital, it feels like I'm watching analog tv again.
Anyone else have this issue or is it just me?
