    I have noticed L/R divisions.

I have noticed some interesting differences on the board between those posters that would identify themselves with the (liberal Left?) and those that would be more identified with the (conservative right?). I use brackets because there may be other more appropriate terms, but for now and for the sake of the discussion, if it develops, these will do. I'm sure you'll know what I mean.

There are shades of grey of course, and those that would fall squarely in the middle, but a large percentage would seem to fall on one side or the other, and I have noticed that generally the posters who fall on the left are (and I'm saying GENERALLY, not all) generally, more likely to be insulting, abusive, vitriolic and hateful and more likely to use foul language than those on the right, who it seems to me are more likely to be polite, charming and humourous, and able to have a bit of a laugh at things in general and take the piss out of themselves a bit.

There are exceptions to the rule but this has generally been my observation, what do you think?
    Fair cop or not?

Well I'm anti abortion, so that just pisses the hippies and feminists off, but also anti the death penalty, so the rednecks think I'm just a fucking pussy, doesn't help that I'm for softer marijuana laws and stricter policing of the relationships between business and government, I'm anti gay marriage and if I were mayor permission for a gay pride parade would be denied.
I'm for strict gun controls and a fair tax system, a medicare system similar to Australia would be implemented immediately under the koojo government. Less money will be spent on war, and arms manufacturer lobyists would be very uncomfortable in the koojo parliament buildings.
The money saved would be spent on schools and police.
A polly caught fiddling his expenses could expect to be charged with fraud and punishment would be painting school buildings with paint bought with his fine.

Why bring Socal into the conversation so early; thought he'd be your trump card.

Is Paps left or right? Or does he swing both ways?

Anyone who allows themselves to be guided by a set of rules set out by someone who only has their own interests at heart is a bit dim imo. They`re all as bad as each other from my experience.

I disagree. I have clearly observed that those on the left of the political divide (and don't pretend it doesn't exist) are far more prone to outbursts of abuse and general nastiness than those on the right.

Proposed and invented political identities/philosophies tend to be harmful to the soul and character.

The only winner stands to be them.

A social creature is far more developed than of their political counterpart.

    Cnuts.

Whilst I agree somewhat with the first part of your statement, the second, I totally disagree. The ones of the right leaning tend to be more subtle, and sophisticated (if thats the right word) with their abuse, and general nastiness. Still all a bunch of nutters though.
