I know quite a few westerners who moved here to gamble online. sleep all day play all night... doesn't seem worth it tbh.

The hours are better than is Aus. to get in the good games.

Here's the bottom end of the list. Seppos are stoopid as fuk no surprises there...

Actually, if you look at the $/100 column (the only relevant one), you can see that Australia and a few other countries are worse than the US.

Thailand numbers are skewed because close to no recreational (= losing) players come from there, only relocated poker pros. Too bad, Thais would make the best games ever, their stuborness and unwillingness to learn anything is even worse than french or italians.

I remember seeing a friend, excellent poker player who studied the Hi-Low card game thais are so found of, try to explain a so called expert of the game (she was actually cleaning up her friends on a regular basis) why some of her plays were questionable. She would not for her life accept any advice or explanations.

Could be that Americans are greedier than most out there. Plus America is filled with immigrants who couldn't really make it in their own countries. Stupidity, greed, and desperation.

The $/100 is merely a reflection of the size of games played. Malta attracts the higher playing regs whilst Thailand attract the lower rollers most likely due to t he lower cost of living.

There's no disputing the fact that seppos are the most retarded poker players on the planet, in line with seppos being retards in general.

False, every 100 hands an average australian loses $9.5 while an average american loses $8. Therefore the australians are worse players than americans. That's not rocket science.

I played cash games for 2 weeks during the aussie millions a couple years ago and the general level of play was lolbad. Easy to understand, secluded on their little island on the other side of the world, your fellow countrymen rarely have contact with good players who could teach them a few things.

Most retarded players come from mediterranean countries, every poker players will tell you that. If you have an italian or an arab on your table, you know you are going to get all their money if a few hands. Their macho culture is not suitable for poker as they cannot fathom the idea of folding and make the stupidiest bluffs ever.

In america there are a lot of bad recreational players due to poker being popular for decades, but they are rarely that retarded. A lot of excellent players come from there too.

Americans played 4.5 billions hands for a net loss of 367 millions.
367/4500=0.08
=>They lose $0.08 per hand

0.08*100=8
=> They lose $8 per 100 hands

Holy shit! That's exactly the same value as the $/100 collumn!

that merely means Aussies can afford to play higher. It means there are tonnes of low stakes losing yank players.

This is getting better and better. Aussies play higher stakes, that's why they are losing at a higher rate, but anyway they are better than americans? Funny logic.

Even if what you assume was true (it is actually impossible to know that with only those tables numbers), that would mean than bad australian players are dumber than bad american players because they play higher stakes than they should.

Now here's what the numbers in the table tell us:

Seppos are absolute retards at poker, as are they complete retards in general. Over a statistically significant sample size they lose the most money. Aussies are also pretty crap at poker, but not as retarded as seppos. Over a much smaller sample size they lose about the same as seppos per 100 hands.

And yes, Aussies play higher stakes on average. You just need to look up the PTBB/100 stats, which I pay money for and would have shared had you not been such a fuckwit and ultra sensitive seppo retard. Probably as retarded at playing poker as you are socially.

Now go ahead and flame Aussie poker players. They suck, I agree. But sucking at most things, and poker is no exception, is what seppos do best. To say that any other country as a whole is worse than the USA at poker, given the mountain of data available, is ridiculous.

Fact is, players will have a different opinion about the most retarded poker countries, there is no general consensus about that, but I'm pretty sure Italy and France will place way ahead USA if a poll was conducted.
The black friday thing was terrible for the poker economy, obviously because the largest player pool is american and thus the majority of fishes come from there too.

It's also not at all common knowledge than aussies play higher stakes than americans. Fact is, only the poker sites managers know this information, and no poker player gives a fuck anyway. I very much doubt that considering that the median household income is higher in the US and there are only a handful of high stakes australians players.

There is no mountain of data available on the subject, this table is the only data one can get. And from this table we can only say that pokersites make shitloads of money, and that australians, french and italians are losing faster than americans.
