Thread: Write it then delete

I actually write some long drawn out drunk speel sometimes and i delete them.

The ones i do post, you can usually ignore. And move on to Fozzy's equally silly rants.

Sometimes, when i press enter i think Shise you silly person. But there it is fluttering over the net.

And here i go again...

Anyone else notice they are composing, typing, and then just saying fcuk it, and deleting what you have written. Or is it just me.

I used to do that, now I approach posting by first determining the following factors:

1. determine whether responding meets the criteria set forth in Adrian's Rule for responses.

2. determine the level of fuckwit I'm responding to, remembering we're all fuckwits, just to wildly varying degrees. Surprisingly this rule caters to great posters and posters like Jeff.

3. determine my sobriety level by the one eye check. As I'm blind in one eye, I always past this test.

If the requirements of these three rules are met, I make the post.

I very rarely post when I've been drinking, Softens my edge.

My posts are 99 % spot on, realistic, straight to the point, no fuking around so no need to delete nothing.

I have many insane and often cranky thoughts all day long, but I spare those from the masses, and only post on here My purely logical, rational wisdom, and then hit Post Quick Reply keyboard button.

Exactly. And there is nothing you can do about it. Also, you can be attacked for posts of absolute rationality. If it were really personal relationships you were dealing with, I'd be worried, but because you need not give your real name or any other real information about your life what you're worried about is simply your virtual rep, not even your real rep.
