I got an email telling me to log in at a new website which alway slooks phishy? Anyone else have it from Kcyber today .I rang bank of course they are shut and next few days great time for skim scam artists the telephone number looks genuine Bangkok 888 88 88 the Chinese big lucky
If it asked for any of your details, passwords, etc then it is phony; banks do not send emails asking for details (your bank should've sent you an email telling you that... :)).
If you go to Kasikornbank.com the real web page they have a warning about this fake web page.

Yes, Kasikorn has a new website for K-cyberbanking. Just go to the usual website and you will see it. Don't click on links from e-mails etc... as scammers might take advantage of them actually launching a genuine new website.

What makes me a bit uncomfortable is the mail talks about the security p/w or somesuch, not the login p/w, didn't really read it all. Which is exactly what the abovementioned trojans change on websites to harvest the info.
what i hate is 'localization', it puts you wherever your IP is and corrects your language accordingly. hell if you're using a VPN. fortunately, Kasikorn hasn't gone there yet.Quote:
