Muscle bound debt collectors at my house, what to do ?

Muscle bound credit card debt collector at my house, pity my name is not James somebody or other. (Though he did ask to see my ID for proof). Given that last year some debt collectors for Citibank murdered an Indonesian man for an outstanding debt, perhaps I should be worried...

We've been getting phone calls from Bank Mega about this credit card debt, I dunno how much it is, but they are insistent and don't believe me when I tell them I don't know who or where James is.

You should ask to see his proof of ID before you show yours.

"Jakarta Area" is bollocks, who does he work for and what are their contact details?

Taking his photo was a good move

Your porch on the right is a mess. You need to log off TD (for an extended period hopefully ) and take care of your house and gardening chores.

The other guy is not with him, that's one of our other staff for my wife's business.

Initially when he asked for my ID I laughed at him and politely told him to piss off, but then I changed my mind, figured it didn't hurt.

He wasn't much happy when I took his pic, I chucked it on facebook and some said they know him from a local gym.

dunno about tats or a knife, but he was riding a Honda wave, you can just see the mirrors and handle bars behind him and to the right.

Well, I showed him a out of date Indo drivers license, he seemed happy enough with that. (even though it expired four years ago).

Turns out this fellow used to be the personal trainer of a friend of mine, but decided debt collecting would be a better career option.

I suspect he's just doing the footwork investigation bit.
someone has probably taken a credit card using your address (gone thru your rubbish maybe).
start e mailing the bank , give them a brief info on u , I.e name address and put it to them to explain their "knocking on your door actions" , ask for any proof they have and demand an immediate response.
id also copy that email to citi bank hq.
or Whateva bank is in question.

good luck. they can be a pain in the arse when their wires are crossed!!

those cats can be territorial u know, we have one ( one of ten) u can't get within 3 feet of him,
he'll stand his ground too, vicious fkin thing!!
