Incitement to suicide

We have laws about incitement to murder and assault etc... why not incitement to suicide?

I'm thinking of the woman in the north of England who doused herself in petrol the other day after Maude spouted about jerry cans... about the self-immolating immigrants in Italy, and about the regular teenage suicides that seem to follow periods of sustained "cyberbullying" on things like Facebook.

Getting beyond the individual to the Issue though, it seems clear to me that an individual who would use anonymous internet abuse as a pretext for suicide, has absolutely no feeling of self worth. Very sad.
