^You need to take some of the TV mod guideline lessons, all you need is a wheelie bin, saw and some acid.

Mate my ex has been a right twat , to , jealous as hell of Jan , threatened to go for her if we ever turn up together at one of my 3 grandchildren's birthday's/ christenings etc

Do you know I feel no hate toward her at all , only sorry for her she has been left so unhappy , infact I am so happy in my life now I can feel no hatred toward any.

Infact if I ever had a touch on the old lottery I would pass her a wedge via my son to give her a bit of security
I'm proud of my 38" waist , also proud I have never done drugs

Didn't you give her a large part of your life so that she could feel "secure". Let her be, a large number of ex-wives eventually realise that the green grass, they so desired, is not a bed of roses.

And you know, it's still all your fault, classic.

Smashing their teeth in helps to throw the police off the identification if you do decide to throw them down the stairs and then bury them in the forest

My first ex (Aussie wife of 22 years)will hate me until the day she dies and then probably attempt to haunt me after that if I am still alive of course.
It took a while for my kids to come to terms that I was not such a bastard as was claimed by their Mother.
I will not refrain from going to Family functions with my Thai wife as my daughter and grand kids love her and it is up to my ex to accept that, or continue playing the hateful scorned woman role she seems to enjoy so much.
Us guys will never comprehend how an ex can keep the rage going as long as they do as any logical thinking person knows it is destructive in every way to all involved.
Living in Thailand the majority of time as I do now minimizes her having to see me and being reminded I did the unforgivable in leaving her.
Don't try to understand, just accept that no matter what you do,provide or say you will forever be guilty in their eyes.

Haven't seen, heard from, or heard anything about mine since I kicked her to the curb 22 years ago; I am truly blessed. Good luck, Sab.

we get on OK; the only time our relationship was a bit bad was about three months after the breakup

Like Andy, my ex is also a very nice lady and a fine mother/grandmother to our children and grandkids.

When i retired i wanted very much to move away from the UK although she didn't. After more than 30 years of marriage we parted ways but still remain friends. I take the trouble of meeting with her for a chat on my annual return trips and things are ok.

There has been occasions however, when her friends and even my own sister attempted to make things difficult between us and i am afraid that i had cause to become less than diplomatic following a polite request from myself that they should really be concentrating on their own relationships rather than others.

Your so right there OO , infact she got 60+% of everything + half my works pension every month which I received at 50 ,, and yes she was misguided by the single mum's she worked amongst , " oh you will be better off on your own with your own little place " ,,,, Oh no you won't when the money runs out !
I guess when you've had someone take care of you and every bill that has come through the door for 30 odd years its hard to stand alone.

they have believed the propaganda dished at them from a young age - and the reality hits them between the eyes

maybe people should stop lying to children in the belief that they need to protect this "innocence" - load of tripe leveraged to sell garbage to the naive

Not necessarily. You would need to knock their teeth out to achieve this. A knocked in set of teeth might turn up in a post mortem.

My ex is o.k. Effusive in her praise of moi . For her, not only was the grass not greener but the other field turned out to be ankle deep in pig swill. I feel genuinely sorry for her but after all it was all her fault.

I have had no contact with the ex for eleven or twelve years. Last thing I knew she'd completed her MBA, and had a couple of screaming kids- that must have been eight years ago. She lives in HK, me in Thailand, both remarried & totally separate lives. I have no interest in contacting her, and I'm sure it's the same in reverse.
