Surely before talk can bgin on bannings and/or suspensions discussion would be required on the type of actions requiring such reaction.
This would create the need for some code of conduct and/or rules.
You would then have a wholegroup of posters intent on pushing the limits and/or breaking the code/rules particularly due to The board earlier stance of a no moderation policy.

As has been said by many posters in other threads only two words are required "common sense".
We are after all adults
