Storms are coming, maybe about an hour before they hit the Gabba.

They are intense but pocketed ... so, if we are lucky might miss the pitch.

    That seems a good deal.

The Adelaide test should be a ripper.

England looking to catch up, having lost the Gabba Test

... assuming not to much of this

    FTFY Dave!

By the way, Green very much owed for that link... it's making my confinement much more enjoyable.

But what a dilemma... head back home to a beautiful daughter and a lovely pack of dogs... but doubtless a tonne of jobs that need doing, or stay in a Bangkok hotel, drink beer and watch the cricket for the week?

I can see a positive test result coming on! (and I'm not talking about the cricket )

Don't know why anyone's worried about weather (or praying for rain ) when there'll only need to be about 4 sessions to put this match to bed.

So can we get three days of solid rain now?

It might give England a fighting chance of a draw.

A $25 chinky IPTV knock off and an Amazon Firestick seems to work great. All the footy, F1, Boxing etc. too.

Eng could have batted out the day on 150 if they'd played sensibly

Well, let's see how the Aussies go.

Will leaving out Broad go down in cricket history as an almighty clanger?

It looks pretty dumb right now.

^That decision has been absolutely slated in the Pom tabloids, as is everything else England did yesterday. On that point, is there any harder press than English reporters when their sportsmen crash and burn? You reckon they be use to it by now.

Can recall walking into a pub in Kent (Bromley to be precise) after work one evening during an Ashes series without knowing what had happened that day, this was before mobile phones and the internet. The headline on the back page of one punter sitting at the bar with his head buried in the paper was GUTLESS 11 PLUNDER TO NEW DEPTHS. Ouch!

Warner was lucky with a Stokes no ball. Time to make England pay
