Opening ceremony was piss poor, very amatuer for such a massive tournament.
Switzerland V Czech Republic first half not too bad, swiss putting on a good show, shame the Czech's playing a defensive 5 in midfield with Koller being the lone striker let's hope other teams don't follow suit with one up front.
WE WANT TO SEE GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOALS!!!
Not a bad first game considering the fixture, the swiss were very unlucky and deserved a goal.
Portugal V Turkey next sounds like a decent game let;s hopr for more goals
22 days of football!! amaaaaaaaaazing!!
and even better not one supporter there doing ->:england:
Hence it being a 'dead' tournament.Quote:

You have to forgive Marmite he has a had a shit sporting year
England fail to qualify for euro 2008
His Rugby team finished 2nd in the 6 nations to Wales
Luton Town sent into administration and relegated
England's Best boxer Ricky Hatton got knocked the f*ck out

You honestly believe that as well don't you? {snigger}
You Taffy's don't realise that we don't give a flying fuck about your tin pot nation yet yourselves and the Sweaty's get great delight in supporting anyone who plays against us. The fact is we look down on you like a weird little cousin at a family wedding.
My money says that this English football team that makes you rant and rave like a little girl you watch it's players week in, week out in the English Premiership and you no doubt support one of the English sides. Probably Liverpool.
I'm right ain't I boyo?
As for English Joe. A great boxer, although suffered from a little travel sicknss throughout his career but a credit to England anyway.
^
you look down at us as well as the Irish and the Scots which is part of the reason no c*nt likes you, you are the americans of Europe!!
I am a Cardiff City fan you bell end hence avatar Calzaghe in Cardiff City shirt so no I don't support your over paid, over rated tw*ts in the premiership which is full of foreigners who make the premiership shine if the FA were to put a limit on the foreigners in premiership it would lose it's appeal as it would lack the skill and flair that the likes of Crouch and Downing seriously lack.
The difference is we don't give a fuck whether we're liked or not. We are liked worldwide though it's only you jealous mugs who don't like us.
Talking about foreigners in the English leagues maybe you should protest and get yourselves withdrew from the English league and fuck off back to playing TNS.
Fucking Welsh talking about skill and flair in football you just couldn't make it up!!!
Forever in our shadow!!
as your location is Coventry shall I assume you support your local team or do you yourself follow the premier league teams you assumed I support?
You are liked worldwide???? I beg to differ old chap
Cardiff and Swansea could go back to the Welsh league but we would prefer to stay there just to piss you off
What a complete load of shit.
I was born in England, but almost every friend i have whose family originated in the country, including myself, has ancestry from a combination of Scotland, Ireland, Wales and England (in varying proportions, and not including all nations). When any sporting event involving any of the home nations is taking place, i rarely meet an Englishman who doesn't support the other home countries, the only exception generally is those who have been exposed to the bitter shite from people like you, Red Dragon, and react accordingly.
Far from feeling superior to you, we are you.
Unfortunately it's just the rest of you outside of England that have a hard time accepting that.

Have you not read previous posts??
An Englishman posted this and you replied to my response!!
Coventry through and through.
Really? Name me countries that don't and i'll name you double that do. Half the world's never heard of fucking Wales and just assume you're English anyway. Must hurt that one.
No you don't do it to piss us off, you do it as your league is that fucking shite and laughable it's untrue, there is no money, no quality and no interest. So again you have to come and and leech of the English game that you claim to hate so much.
Given the choice i'd fuck you all out of our league and watch you all go under within 3 years without the sustained income you receive from being in the English league.
*Pats the special little Welsh kid on the head and goes back off to talk to the big boys*
Fast Eddie we will have to agree to disagree because being a Cardiff City fan and the only Welsh team in the league (until Swansea just got promoted) Travelling the country to away games we are greeted with all the usual sheep shagger chants and other anti welsh chants so I doubt these people support Wales in sporting tournaments which is the main reason I don't support the English national teams.
CB79 does it hurt that my 'poxy little Welsh team' got to the final of 'your' FA cup and we finished 11 points and 9 places above you in a league from which you were so very nearly relegated from?
if we were booted out of the league back to the admittedly very poor league of Wales of course yes we would struggle financially at first but would be playing european football every season winning the league and Welsh Cup as we used to.
Er/ what were the games like yesterday?
Surprisingly considering the fixtures both quite entertaining games, the Swiss were unlucky against the Czechs they played some good football and hit the wood work a few times.
Portugal looked like a decent side always in control and look like they will get better as the tournament goes on.
Tonight should get better with more goals
Germany the favourites V Poland
Austria the hosts V Croatia who many people fancy as the dark horses to win also
Thanks
