^^ ^ Ditto ... thanks Harry.
Enjoyed watching that.
That run-out was important.
20/20 Carnival warm up matches on today.
NZ vs Bangladesh
India vs South Africa
Australia vs England ... POMS are warm favorites.
Strong Eng team and with stokes back they have a choice of 7 bowlers
Link is here ... https://watch.cricstream.me/pakistan...-live/stream-2
Have to go through the pop-ups etc
Great start by England ... 4X4 off the first over ... hopefully, for the Convicts, not an omen!
I'm surprised Hales got the nod ahead of Salt
Struggle over for Stokes, can't help think Salt would be better
Great effort by Ellis, Eng probably 15-20 short of what they could have posted but 208 is good
Some odd decisions from Butler re the batting order
pace off i think is the way to go
cake walk - bowling had been Engs achilles heal for some time now
Tim David, where is HW, this bloke plays for Singapore
Aussie setting the tone by cheating
Wood to Wade, no run
Top-edged into the helmet and it goes straight up, can anyone get to the chance.. no, is the short answer! But Wood thinks Wade might have impeded his attempt to catch the ball. It pretty much landed on the crease, and it looks like Wade threw an arm out to block off Wood as he tried to get back in his ground. Could be a potential for obstructing the field? But it seems there was no appeal, so Wade will continue

Losing after scoring 208 would have been humbling.
Good cricket from England.
^ Yep, all credit to England, good batting from both sides and a great game all around.
Tim DavidEarly life
Timothy Hays David was born in Singapore. His father Rod David also played for Singapore, at the 1997 ICC Trophy.[6][7] The family moved to Singapore from Australia in the 1990s where his father worked as an engineer. They moved back to Australia when he was two years old in the wake of the 1997 Asian financial crisis and he grew up in Perth.[8][9]

Tim David ... as Aussie as Vegemite!
Obviously the selectors are experimenting with new and younger players.
A team without Starc, Cummings, Hazelwood and Zampa must be considered a second choice team.
Ah yeah Zampa - cricket legend.
