The days of the designated goon are long gone. The pace of the game has increased rapidly over the years, and if you can't skate or don't have good hands you ain't making the show. However, accountability is still a part of the game and if you're gonna lay a cheap hit on the other teams stars, you'd better be ready to drop the gloves.
