I hoped they would.....
Willie, did you go to the MCG and screw it up for the Aussies?
Cor Blimey. the Fookin Pommie Coonts can play cricket, before this Test i thought they'd packed all their gear, and gawn where every pommie coont should go....BACK TO POMMIE LAND:smileylaughing:
They ain't made up for previous poor performances, have a hundred eggs festering for their return to Blighty.I still have a good arm will fling with abandon when they show up at LHR.
Not sure who to target the most bad eggs at,but the captain deserves a few.
You poor sensitive creature, marmite the DOG , great name by the way, suits your personality, WOOF WOOF:smileylaughing::UK:
^much better, keep up the good work. :)
What a fucking twat.... I bet your countrymen are incredibly boosted by your amazing contribution.
With a name like Beppi, he must be a convict from Melbourne...
At least this game may be competitive, Wally.
I was always happy with a series win, a whitewash does nothing to make it excitingQuote:

Yep. You can thank Clarke for that and his decision to bowl first. He has backed our bowlers, and now it's up to them in the second innings to show him they are up to the challenge.
With noony yet to understand the laws of jinx posts, I'm still backing us to win this one.
I did find that strange. Why not bat first and put some runs on the board, good pitch. Still, we will see, may be a good decision yet...Quote:

The Aussies have been more aggressive, and bowled better as a unit most of the time.
The major difference in this test compared to the firs t3 are that the pitch here is much more 'English'. That does not excuse the piss-poor performances in the first 3 test though.
^we need to get you out cheaply first; another 50 or 80 runs would change things dramatically.
If we can get you out for just another 20 or so runs then a couple up top get 50s, we'll be in the box seat. Possibly. I'd say pretty even at this point (if we consider what has happened in the last 3 matches - a good team would go on and win from this position, but this England team has not been a good one...).
I dont doubt it.
but you have struggled with our tail end in the past.
Not today though. The tail end is all but gone.Quote:

^yes it would. Out in the first over then batting without loss to lunch would really set us up; but who am I kidding... :(
I might get up at 3:30 and watch this one.
