It gets renewed every season. If you were in it last season you will automatically be in it again this season when you enter a team.

I’ve only Auto-picked a squad at the moment, so I could get through and reactivate my leagues.

Chips. Thought they'd lost the Wildcard and Free Hit chips but apparently they appear after game week 1. There is a new one, The Mystery chip, to be revealed in Jan 25.

They aren't available because they would be wasted prior to the week one deadline.

Managers can already make as many changes as they want.

That's just sloppy programming, they should be able to show them but not allow their use. In a former life I'd get that corrected
