Or possibly not, with Fraser Forster as their back up.

I texted my mates before the game to say we would drop points against them last night and/or on Sunday. Seven or eight players missing and, without Casemiro, Fred became Fred again and Bruno was at his wasteful worst by all accounts (couldn't get a stream so was reading the updates on the M.E.N. website).

We probably should have won it in the end, apparently, but it would have been harsh on Leeds. They're a better side than their position suggests and that Gnonto lad is a proper danger.

Good to see Sancho back after being taken under Ten Hag's wing and fucked off to Holland for a smoke for a couple of months.

"Todd Boehly's takeover and half-billion transfer policy at Chelsea has been subject to much analysis and discussion as to whether it's genius or insanity. A group of football agents who met him at Stamford Bridge think they may have sussed out which.

He was explaining to them that he'd be able to pay for everything thanks to the fact that Chelsea automatically qualify for the UEFA Champions League every year, with all the tens of millions that brought.

Someone pointed out to him that this wasn't the case; that Chelsea didn't automatically qualify – and given their current placement it wasn't at all certain. "Nonsense!" cried Todd. They were always in it!

He then wandered off, clearly checked it with his advisers and then came back to admit that, yes, actually, they'd been right. Oops."

Arsenal somehow not at least 2 down already.

If they can manage to get a win out of this when they're on the back foot...

No point blaming VAR, the youngsters look like they're feeling the pressure and Arteta needs to switch things up.

Eddie has gone quiet and I'd like to stick Troussard on the left and put Martinelli in the middle.

It was a repeat of the Everton game. You can't pick apart an eight man defence with two or three touch football.

Stop crying, sit back and endure squeaky bum time.

You were lucky not to have lost by 4 and if Toney hadn't had an off day, you would have done.

As Harry says above, your players are feeling the pressure.

well i was talking about VAR and you decided it was an Arse issue. If i was whinging about Arse i'd have done that in the Arse thread - so you can carry on making an issue out of it if you want. FFS this HW level posting

    Dance for me, Brittle Tefler.

Do you know how much I earn? Do you know how often I travel first class? Fucking Brittle Tefler.

Anyway, time for a full English. And don't ever think I'm insecure either, Brittle.

It was the right time of day to go watch it at the local bar. They still cannot organise a proper tv package so the screen froze and the two women the farang owner entrusts the place to whilst he is away were too busy smoking and talking about their personal lives to pay any attention. So I went home and missed the only two goals on the way.
A shame, it was the first proper outing for the WHU shirt the gf bought me for Christmas.
As a supporter I have to say that The Hammers have been a disappointment this year and I think they were lucky to come away with the draw last night. In the days before VAR I think they'd have been given the winning goal, it was such a close call.

No team should be relying on VAR to win games.

The fact is we are struggling to score against defensive teams.

Like I said, Eddie has run out of steam and we need to change things around.
