His exemption application applied for in November was based upon having covid within the previous 6 months.

He tested positive to covid 17th December.

From what i read he tested positive on 16th, and attended multiple meetings on 16th and 17th in Serbia, knowing he was positive. One of the (maskless) events was with kids.

I had a different problem leaving Malaysia for Singapore and returning the next day. My work visa didn't have long enough to run for a reentry. After explaining the reason for the trip to head of immigration he gave me his number and told me to call if I had problems with reentry. True to his word, he came down and personally stamped my entry.
