    Knowingly?

When you test, you are supposed to isolate. Or perhaps Serbia has different rules?

Novak Djokovic says mistake on Australian immigration form 'human error'

    -screenshot-2022-01-12-15-45-a
Please don't send me home, it was a simple lie ... opps human error on my Immigration Form (which, if it had been completed honestly, the Visa, most likely would be denied)

Novak Djokovic says a mistake on his immigration form about previous travel before arriving in Australia was "human error" and "not deliberate".

    Key points:
    • The tennis star says taking part in a media interview after testing positive to COVID-19 was an "error of judgement"
    • Djokovic says a false declaration on his immigration form regarding prior travel was due to "human error"
    • He says he released the statement on Instagram to "address and clarify misinformation"

In a six-panel post on his Instagram page, Djokovic said he wanted to "address the continuing misinformation" about his attendance at events in December after he had tested positive for COVID.

Key to his exemption was a positive COVID-19 infection on December 16, but questions had been swirling after Djokovic was pictured at events in following days.

In Djokovic's Instagram statement, he said he was unaware of a positive test result when he undertook public appearances on December 17 and had negative results from a rapid antigen tests, but was aware he had tested positive before a media interview on December 18.

^ More bullshite. Those RATs can just be thrown away and there is no proof that they were negative. But to get the exception, the PCR test is more difficult to fake.

"I felt obliged to go ahead and conduct the L'Equipe interview as I didn't want to let the journalist down, but did ensure I socially distanced and wore a mask except when my photograph was being taken," he said.

Documents released as part of court proceedings earlier this week showed Djokovic declared he had not travelled in the previous fortnight, but there was evidence he had travelled to Spain.

In today's statement, he said his agent had made an "administrative mistake" with the declaration.

"This was a human error and certainly not deliberate," Djokovic said.

"We are living in challenging times in a global pandemic and sometimes these mistakes can occur.

Translation from the lying Serb. I knew I wouldn't get the Visa because of his travels prior to leaving for Australia. I'll just bare face lie and if I get caught caught, I'll just blame it on the global pandemic ...

"Today, my team has provided additional information to the Australian Government to clarify this matter."

    All is here

Keep digging NoZax ... that hole is getting deeper ... lying Serb piece of shite.

But, in fairness, the Government officials did you wrong with their interview ... but they acted improperly ... you bare faced lied.

Yup . . . a byproduct of the adoration by Serbs, including the government.

I forgot about an Aussie tennis player I despise ...

Bernard Tomic has lashed out at COVID-19 testing protocols after saying he was “feeling really sick” just hours after a wild mid-match claim that he would test positive for COVID-19 in the lead up to the Australian Open.

Given the public meetings on and after 16th Dec, I can't help wondering if a positive result was in fact, made up as a means to get around Aussie immigration rules.

He is possibly getting tangled in a web of his own lies. The travel misinformation he (?) provided could backfire big time (we are talking jail time, not just refusal of entry).

As i have thought too. If he and others in sport are vehemently anti-vax, then with their resources its quite easy to envisage them using whatever nefarious means they can to circumvent rule/regs set by any country or competition.

The thing is, when an Agent 'does your paperwork' ... you, the Client have to sign off on it and accept any errors as being yours ... that's why you have to read the document.

So, he's lied, falsified information and blamed everyone, except himself.

After the bungled Aussie Borderforce interview, I thought, fair suck of the sauce bottle ... the fameous 'what else could he do/could have done?' Judges comment (always accept the Umpires call, even if it's wrong in your eyes) ... but fuck him off now.

The world opinion will change after they realise what a lying fuck he has proven to be.

Indeed. David48 is normally a pretty mellow dude. As I said before, lots of people in Australia have had their lives very disrupted - and feeling run VERY strong.

My kids have been basically on lock down for close to 2 years, and have not even been able to visit their mum in that time. All (kids, mum) fully vaccinated.

Same here , the rules help protect all including our families.
If he wasn't a millionaire celebrity with shyster agents lying on a visa app as Dave says feck him, sling into Manas detention centre sine a die.

I am not generally in favour of bounties or vigilantes but can understand teh real anger of those locked down, une, ployed tradies, teh sick , the bereaved, this turd is laughing at them all.S

Scomo needs to take the NATO stance maybe bomb the Chinese embassy in Belgrade again might make the point and get 2 birds with one stone, I'm sire there's plenty of volunteers in all neighboring states that Serbia ahs raped

    Double Bubble

On May 7, 1999, during the
NATO bombing of Yugoslavia (Operation Allied Force), five U.S. Joint Direct Attack Munition guided bombs hit the People's Republic of Chinaembassy in the Belgrade district of New Belgrade, killing three Chinese journalists and outraging the Chinese public

He/his agent applied for the visa mid November though, based up covid exemption.

Pretty good guess then, as his previous infection was out of the time limit.

Are you sure on your timing there?

NoVax wouldn't have qualified in November because it had been almost 18 months (thanks Nid) since his first Covid illness and subsequent recovery and to qualify for the exemption it had to have been in the past 6 months. No Vax ... no entry, exceptions may apply

    Asking ... not telling.
