Yep. The Novak debacle but one example. Aussie friends I speak with on regular basis have all told me the gov has fucked up completely from day one in responding to Covid.

Judge Kelly made the right decision. Best now for the gov to stfu and move on.

Spot on, the Government screwed up big time, to add salt to the wound they also have to pay Novak’s legal expenses.

    Agreed.

The Judge has spoken, the Aussie Border Force bungled the interview and, in fairness, treated him poorly.

Most of the commentary in the media don't support him being here, but what the 'silent majority' think ... who knows.

On court, I hope he doesn't get booed ... I just hope that the crowd is silent when he wins a point and cheer the fuck for when his opponent wins one.

    That won't happen.

I pity the poor umpire who has to ref his match/s

One has to wonder just how far he'll progress in the Tournament, coming off the Christmas break and no lead up matches before it starts.

He is and he could have got the jab but and frankly I would do the same if, as in his case, was not required to do so.

His exemption application applied for in November was based upon having covid within the previous 6 months.

He tested positive to covid 17th December.

Something not smelling quiet right with all of this and yeah, the judge that over turned the decision is a big tennis fan !!

From what i read he tested positive on 16th, and attended multiple meetings on 16th and 17th in Serbia, knowing he was positive. One of the (maskless) events was with kids.

    Fuck him.

Yeah - I read the agreed transcripts, and borderforce screwed the pooch on that. Overcompensating I think. "I know you are famous, so I will twist myself into a pretzel to show that I am not showing favoritism".

Would it be fair to assume that when this piece of shit is playing, he'll be the only person in the entire arena that hasn't been vaccinated?

    Probably been mentioned already but...

Apparently court documents now show that after testing positive for Covid he attended events unmasked and including at least one with kids.

He's a ignorant and selfish cnut.

    Edit:

Me, once. Visa from the Indon embassy in SG, arrived in Jakarta and the Immi guy said it was cancelled . . . but . . . because he is my friend he could 'overlook' it and let me in.

    SGD$50

I know it's not the same . . . but I also think they should have shipped him back to wherever he boarded the plane.

There is a lot of tension in Serbia in regards to Rio Tinto and their Lithium mine.

Wonder if any of this N0-Vax issue is related ?

Seems this wealthy flyboy actually lied on his visa application failing to prove an accurate travel history say he was in Spain.
I hope this is sufficient to bar him for life. I know as a non citizen I have to be truthful to obtain my visas and would not expect health rules in a pandemic to waived because I was a famous ballboy ? I hope anyone he infects sue him for shedloads.

Australian Border Force investigating whether Novak Djokovic made false travel claim | Novak Djokovic | The Guardian

    Throw the book at him.

Some reached Oz as refugees , otheres seeking Justice and transported this wealthy turd is free to go and was never ever detained.
It is not detention if you are free to go HOME

So feck of Joko and see how your fellow cvntrymen enjoy a potentially transmitter of a deadly virus.

That could bring fresh scrutiny to Djokovic’s pre-travel declaration and his public appearances in the days after his positive Covid test result of 16 December.
In his Australian traveller declaration, filed on 1 January, Djokovic declared “no” when asked: “Have you travelled or will you travel in the 14 days prior to your flight to Australia?”
The declaration is accompanied with a warning that giving false or misleading information is a “serious offence”, also punishable by civil penalties.

My feeling is that he will now stay. I think if the Minister immediately used his power right after the judges ruling, OK. But a day or so later? Going to look wishy-washy. Well, more wishy-washy.

Spot on Dave , seems he also lied on his visa application.

This doesn't mean Oz won't Kow Tow but those who don't lie and shield children when they Covid see what a turd this so called sport is .

A Fine is meaningless to multi millionaires perhaps a few years social sevice helping real refugee on the real detention islands send out the signal don't tweak the beak,

If he infected any of my kids I'd offer a tontine to the Comancheros, Angels or Bandidos see who gets him fist the Bikies, perhaps we should crowdfund I'm sure he can't be that hard to find.

Nudge him with racquets , Kinda Harley Polo be a big stream or TikCok video on all the way to the Serbian Embassy or Tullaamarinne, with a 300km detour to to the Croatian Club at Wickham Park in the Hunter Valley .

Australia could still come out on the top here.

Allow him to play, then later expose him as a fraud, a liar ... which is many people's gut feeling.

Apparently he travelled between Belgrade and Spain, with Covid.

He's ego driven, unlike others Federer, Nadal.

It will hurt him and he won't recover.

Oh, the Aussies can't Jail him, just deport him ... which is fair.

Wife entering the UK, but she was allowed in eventually.

I had a different problem leaving Malaysia for Singapore and returning the next day. My work visa didn't have long enough to run for a reentry. After explaining the reason for the trip to head of immigration he gave me his number and told me to call if I had problems with reentry. True to his word, he came down and personally stamped my entry.
