The way it's going the seppos will only have to win one or two of the singles.

There is a big gulf in many workplaces between the old and experienced and the younger generation, golf it seems is no different. Hopefully this will be a wake up call and time to give some youngsters a chance.

Who plays on the team is decided by world golf ranking and European tour ranking, with the exception of 3 captains picks for the Euro's. One of those picks is perfect so far, though Poulter may have been a mistake.

^ the selection process is more flexible on the US side. They could do with mixing it up a bit.

Wisconsinites tend to be nicer than the rest of Americans, so not as bad. There still is the monotonous chants of USA, USA though.

I've never seen any European country host the Ryder cup with fans as boorish as poorly educated Americans bellowing inane comments at the top of their voices.

I think they're just too dumb to differentiate between a civilised sport like golf and the televisual chest thumping shit that is rugby for poofs.

And lets face it, everywhere you go you can hear Americans a mile off. They love the sound of their own voices.
