People really need to get some perspective. Arsenal are the youngest team in the league and win or not, they will push a team with twice their experience and 10 times their budget all the way when they were written off at the start of the season. This year has been an incredible achievement however it ends.

and we aren't funded by terrorists, nor cheats and bought league titles

It's definitely advantage to us. Gooners cracking under pressure and 2 bad results considering West Ham also played in Europe on Thursday. This should have been an easy game for Arsenal. We win our game in hand we're only 1 point behind. Seeing as we've already beat Arsenal twice this season we can annihilate them . City have much more experience in the situation we're in than they do.

To be fair to the North London scum, I think Ipswich f'kd it up worse in 1981... A few games to go and we were on for the treble (but had lots of injuries and a tiny squad); we lost:

- an FA cup semi to an average Man City team who were nowhere near our quality or level.

- we lost something like 7 out of our last 10 league games to throw it away and finish second; worse than Arsenal's poor run at the end of last season.
- we managed to win the UEFA cup, but 1 out of 3 cups was a poor return for a strong team that are considered by many experts (FACT!) the greatest top tier English football team/squad not to win the title.

I have no bias, I hasten to add.

...nearly there; just for Sullivan to throw in a few extra clauses and demands for cash at the last minute...

The Gooners still need to add 2 or 3 squad players, imho, but are looking in good shape for next season (I reckon they'll be in the top 3).
