If you heard it in the pub, of course it's true. That's right up there with "I read on the internet"....

It's the start of the Championship this weekend.

However, TD's perennial yo-yo club won't need to concern themselves with such affairs having "boing boinged" themselves back to the Premiership at the first time of asking, will they?

Saturday 30th July Middlesbrough v West Brom 17:30

    Oh.

Lads, are we all set for the big game of the day as West Brom look to get their Championship season off with a bang?

Chitty will be getting hammered and rather gay.

Right - let’s see if Dike has an impact.

I have confidence in the baggies, i put a bet on that them and Middlesbrough will finish in the top 6, 7/2 not a bad price.

Big game on Monday- Watford at home.

I'm sure the relegated teams will be there or thereabouts, but I imagine Blackburn, Boro and WBA will be too. I haven't been keeping tabs on it to a great deal but maybe Luton too if they didn't end up selling most of their team from last year. I haven't checked. Outside shout for Millwall from what (little) I've read about what they've done pre season.

Burnley looked very impressive last week.

That was some goal, although the equaliser wasn't too shabby.

WBA were lucky to scrape a point in the end.

In fairness they're miles away from the relegation zone. If you use a ruler.
