Does Bronte Barrett play for the ALL BLACKS?
Why doesn't Rugby call forward passes?
upcoming CRUES V BLUES will be a humdinger. GUARANTEED
You can honor that guarantee. Crusaders 26 - 15 Blues.
Blues played very well on defense, but the Crusaders just turned it on in the last twenty minutes and came away with a victory.
Too good that Crusader side. c.unts! :)
next game this morning thai time 10.35am.
canes v highs.
highs blown away.
Looks like it's the end of the road for Super Rugny:
Rugby: New Zealand Rugby to ditch Sanzaar, reveal plans for new Super Rugby competition - NZ Herald

Super Rugby has been boring for the last few years, too many teams, seasons too long, I decided to only start watching half way through the season. Hopefully they keep some sort of limited international club competition otherwise rugby will turn into the boredom fest of League & AFL where only two countries in the whole world play the game.
Can't see that happening, too well established and entrenched at this point.Quote:

What could be cool is if they can ever agree to have a global season and everyone can have their own comps and then a global North V South 'Best Of' type deal.
Saffas are in the same time zone as Europe so they can play there. Then we'd end up with more of an East v West type deal.
Intrigued by a possible Honolulu based team in that the time zone for Hawai'i would mean a game Friday night 7 p.m. would be 5 p.m. Saturday in NZ (8 a.m. where I'm now working).
That reminds me actually... did I see that former AB and Chiefs player Richard Kahui signed for the Force??
He has...
Super Rugby Aotearoa continues the high quality play with a humdinger between the Canes and the Blues. It was level at halftime, the Canes getting up, the Blues battling back wit two tries, but Barrett drags a conversion past the posts leaving the score 27 to the Aucklanders and 22 to the Hurricanes. The Hurricanes battle back and score a try with Jordie Barrett converting the extra two. Final Hurricanes 29 - 27 Blues.

It was like a superhero movie. The bad guys were in danger of winning but the good guys won in the end.
Good to see Ant's team go down after looking a bit dangerous, but don't fancy the 'Canes chances against the Cantab mega-villians next week.
Blues? :DQuote:

Fuck it...I'm just a Super Rugby hussy.
