...nearly, well not at all.
But, my first baseball match experience, so O took lots of photos and a video.
I was out on a long walk around town and found myself close to the baseball stadium, saw some people walking to the stadium, so bought a shirt ($45) and a ticket ($12) and headed into the stadium...
Hanwa Eagles are famous for: 1) being shite; 2) having the best crowd in Korea. Today they were playing the second placed team in the leauge while Hanwa Eagles are second from bottom.
Not linked to the baseball, but this hotel was on the way, looked like an interesting place...
The stadium is nice, maybe a 25,000 seater? Not too big, but modern, comfortable, well designed, great views and lots of toilets, food, beer, etc. I'd say it compares well with a small Premier League football stadium. I'm an Ipswich Town supporter, and this stadium is much nicer than Portman Road.
