I'm seeing lots of talk of Nuno Santo, the Wolves manager. He certainly knows how to play to a system that's fur sure; they doggedly stay in the game by hook or crook and then start to do a bit, often on the break against the bigger teams.

Would this cut the mustard at Arsenal or would he be willing/able to adapt his style at a bigger club?

- The ability to motivate players
- Knows how to adapt

I agree that managers don't get enough time to develop teams but that's the Premier League these days just money and results - constant change and for me it erodes fans buy into the players and managers.
