One for Cyrille, this one.
Just looking at the latest transfers and I see that Oliver Burke, the next big thing when he was at Forest, has gone to Alaves on loan from WBA.
What's gone on there then? Did you really sign him from Leipzig a couple of years ago for 15m?
What can I say.
The guy couldn't even hack Scottish football.
The worst signing we've made in years, and that's saying quite something.
On a positive note, things seem to have improved a lot on that front and the team is gelling well this season, but without Burke.
Unbeaten this season, scoring goals and fourth.
Diangana in particular looks a great buy.
Ahh well, at least it was "only" 15m.
Stoke rock bottom and four points adrift from safety already.
Still, at least they've finally got shot of Berahino.
I'm delighted for Luton Town. Nathan Jones left Luton for Stoke after doing so well managing Luton and it almost a certainty that Luton would be promoted to the Championship. Jones risked going from a club with a team he had formed and got to just how he wanted to go to Stoke and have to start again. It seems pretty certain to me that he only did it for the money. Sooner or later Stoke will sack him and hopefully Luton will still be in the Championship.
Be fucking hilarious if Stoke RFC ended up in League 1.
They have the most expensive team in the division.
One unbeaten team left...West Brom.
MEANWHILE...
'It's every team's cup final to play against us' - Paul Lambert. Ipswich manager.
Brom v Terriers in 20 mins should be cracker.
Good game, 1-1 after 19 mins.
West Brom or Albion.
Never 'Brom'.
^You heard it here first.
Kyle Bartley is just not good enough.
Very frustrating to watch Albion this season.
6 goals, still frustrated Cy?
Fair result.
Want to see us taking games like this by the scruff of the neck from the start, though.
I'm guessing his insurance is fucked. Stupid boy.
Derby confirm captain Richard Keogh picked up serious injury in drink-driving incident with teammates
Derby County have taken to social media to publish an incredible statement, confirming that a drink-driving incident has resulted in captain Richard Keogh being ruled out until the end of the season.
The Rams have endured a disappointing start to the new campaign, under the guidance of Phillip Cocu.
Derby’s new tactician has led the club to just 8 points from their opening 8 Championship fixtures.
As such, as things stand, the Rams sit in a lowly 18th-place in England’s 2nd-tier.
And the club’s hopes of turning things around over the coming weeks and months have today been dealt a major blow.
As confirmed in a statement across Derby’s official website and social media channels, captain and leader Richard Keogh is set to be sidelined until the closing stages of the campaign.
The Irish international, though, did not pick up his injury whilst on the pitch, or the training ground.
Incredibly, Keogh was involved in a car crash, following a night of heavy drinking with Derby teammates.
The other Rams stars implicated in the incident are rumoured to be Tom Lawrence and Mason Bennett, with Keogh said to have been in the back seat of the former’s car, before it was involved in a collision on the A6.
The opening to Derby’s damning statement, meanwhile, is showcased below:
‘The players were out as part of a scheduled team-building dinner with staff and while the majority of them acted responsibly and left at around 8pm and were not involved, a small group, including the team captain Richard Keogh, continued drinking into the night. They should have known when to stop and also ignored the opportunity to be driven home using cars laid on by the club, and chose to stay out.’
‘As a result of an alcohol-related incident, Richard Keogh has sustained a serious knee injury that will prevent him from playing until the end of the season.’

I just turned on the telly to see Stoke take the lead against Forest.
The commentator opined: "is this the moment Stoke's season turns?".
No mate. It isn't.
Now to watch the other four goals.
This must be what they mean by 'great entertainment in the championship'.
Seven defeats in nine games.
Keep it up Stoke RFC!
Cant believe Charlie hasn't scored yet
