He will be part of a 'think tank' which also includes Bryan Robson.
So I guess it will be Ferguson taking care of the thinking, while Robbo gets tanked.

Cheers - but I don't think teams will be thanking us after we bag the points.
Serious question, no pisstaking.
Do you fancy your chances then?
I watched the first half of the Hudds v Burnley game and Kompany had Burnley on the front foot with threats and pace coming down both flanks. They seem to have invested well and looked very un-Burnley.
I haven´t heard too much about WBA this pre-season.
Utd V Atletico Madrid at 18:45 today. Ronaldo to play one half with each.
Well your post is about the one championship game that’s been played so far. So you’ll have ‘heard’ lots more on Monday.
Bruce has addressed the fact that we didn’t have a single attacking midfielder, at least.
It was a very unbalanced team under Bilic, and Val didn’t really address that. The great unknown remains new number 9, Dike.
So we’ll just have to wait and see.

If anyone has 'Pulse TV', MUTV is on Channel 458.
Today's attendance, 28,005.
28,000 Scandi reds and 5 Atletico fans.
A very good performance again. Pretty much the same players on the pitch as last season, but they look reinvigorated under Ten Hag.
Maybe I'll have to stick a oner on us for the league after all.
Its a bore draw...again..where are the goals going to come from this season
Harry Man-Mountain Maguire.
Fred the red leaving his mark on the game. And the opponent's hopes for children in the future.
Done on the break by an Atletico sucker punch to give us our first defeat under the great Ten Hag, so that's our season's defeat out of the way before the season begins. Good stuff.
Now convinced to put a monkey on United for the league, FA Cup, Liverpool Cup and Europa League.
#robbed
Bruno and Eriksen looked great together.
Just get a defensive central midfielder to sit in front of Varane and Martinez, B&E ahead, and the league is pretty much United's.
Some shocking misses there. Maguire gets in some great positions, as the commentator on MUPravda said, but he somehow manages to often miss from these great positions too.
I think the league is definitely nailed on though. Why bother even having one? Just give us the trophy; it's rightfully ours anyway.
Ronnie is back tomorrow to spare your blushes
^ indeed, no one with a career ahead of them will join Utd and those that do end up costing twice as much as they are worth
