Your favourite director... in the same way that Man City were your favourite football team?

    Wots up?

Doesn't Manure Utd want to be in the City Cup anymore?

    I'm forever blowing bubbles...

60,000 tourists are a bit quite tonight

All is not lost, United were runners-up. The cynic would say they were lucky to score nil.

Largest League Cup attendance in 5 years and Ronaldo, Pogba, Varane etc weren't even in the stadium.

It's all on the Premier League this year, which should be a 3 horse race when City lose their next 2 games.

United, (joint) top of the league!

It's certainly crunch time coming up in the league for United.

I still believe their soft centre will let them down and they'll concede too many goals.

Me too, to be honest. Dicey game he's playing here - the League Cup being the easiest trophy to win - but we've had 2 semi finals in the last 2 years and all it has caused is more fixture problems, so I can see the thinking, but he's leaving his options fairly limited on the silverware front because the world and its dog knows he has to deliver something.

Nearly bought a ticket and made the 5 hour round trip to Old Trafford last night, then I luckily thought Olegend and scrolled down past the fantasy football teams of those two bellends Hal and Ed and clicked the cancel button

Gotta feel for those 72,000 who travelled up there to watch United and West Ham's b teams spearheaded by Hal's first name on this year's fantasy team, that idle cock Tony Martian

How deluded is this guy? What part of no depth in the squad and an inept manager with no defined playing style doesn't he understand?

Fuck all Hal, we're gonna win fuck all

73mill Sancho, 40mill VDB, 35mill Martial and 30mill center-backs shouldn't be losing to West Ham reserves at home (while trying to get into the first team).

Regardless of how utterly useless and unimportant the cup is.

FFS, it's on par with Dill losing to Katie in a lard eating competition.

My God, this fella has all the fun of a weekend eating fusion tapas with Chitty in his mancave.

Sit back, look at the league table and enjoy the winning and the view from the top. It's almost as nice as the longest away unbeaten record ever.

27 shots last night. Dil would have put at least half of those away if there was a cake at the end of it.

    Yeah, 72,000 cockneys.

What was your attendance, about 7,200?

No Cockneys at the Etihad, a local club for local people.

Fact : 99% of Man Utd fans have never been to Old Trafford.
    And you call us plastics

City always had an average gate of 40k even in the old league 2 back in the 90's.

You never once had an average gate of more than 40k in the 80s or 90s (it was between 22k and 37k, but you wouldn't know that cos you only started supporting them when the oil money arrived).

Plastic club, plastic fans. You fucking dicksplash.

    Absolute Cockwomblism!
City even tried to increase capacity next to the North stand at Maine Road with a dodgy scaffolding stand.

Such was the demand of local fans to support their local club.

Fair play to Utd though, they serve the cheapest pint in the premier league at £3, £5 everywhere else.

Apparently the club are liasoning with the fans now and this was their number one request , number two was Ronaldo to play every game, one out of two ain't bad.

    Heineken apparently.

A colleague says fans are going in earlier for the cheap beer and having 6 pints before kick off.

I suppose it softens the blow of watching that shower of shite
