Rashford looking sharp, and Wan-Bissaka had a very good first half. 2-0 for United at half time, with a complete change of players coming up for the second half.

Didn't Australia play 'home' games in England around 2003-ish?

Around the time they thrashed England 3-1 there.

Many of the English (and Scottish/Welsh/Irish) teams have global support. Close season is an opportunity to get closer to their global fans in an atmosphere that allows fans to get closer to the players (access to training etc). Obviously there's the global commercial aspect, particularly for the more high profile clubs.

The first two matches for United have been fairly laid back, going to Singapore tomorrow, and Inter Milan at the weekend, the squad will start stretching their muscles. Winding up against Tottenham in China on the 25th will round the tour off nicely. Still a couple of friendlies to go when they get back to the UK, and hopefully everyone can get through without injury, and the transfer business in and out complete.

Big battle going on with Pogbas agent and valuation atm.

Looks like he's staying in Trafford.

One of the old firm died this week- Beaner. Still a few of the old boys going strong from the Red Army era though.

I imagine one or two on here might have read his hoolie/grafting books. Good lad in real life; United through and through and pure Collyhurst.

Thought uou meant Macclesfield Town and Sid's stopping in Chitty's wigwam necking all his raspberry hooch.

Wan Bissaka looked class tonight. Pacey, flicks and tricks and loves a tackle. Martial looked sharp too.

Three games played, no goals conceded. Jones and Smalling at the back it is then! Who needs a centre back?

4-4-2 with Rashford and Greenwood up front.

    Top 6 = Fine.
